some people are complete idiots. im pretty sure the OP knows that people clap after an injured player gets up seeing as he/she plays soccer...and typically i think you would know if the spectators were clapping because they were glad you were okay...or if they were trying to be mean. that sucks, im sorry :(

Umm...really. When someone gets injured at a soccer (or any other sporting event) it's considered good manners to clap as the person leaves the field. It's a sign of support.
