Totally done that more than once and I'm 20 yrs old now..... it looks so real in the dream..... next time just say you sneezed so hard or coughed so hard that it just happened at least that way you don't seem like so much of a loser.

I agree that this situation would be something you feel embarrassed about after it happens, but if your boyfriend is in any way a decent person he wont care at all. And if he was a douche about it at least you know he's an ass and you can find someone else.
