Today, I got rear-ended while on my way to work. This wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't pregnant, suffering from a horrible UTI, and running a fever. My boss called in sick, so now I'm stuck running the office alone. With whiplash. FML

If you had gotten rear-ended in the first place you probably wouldn't be pregnant.

you could take this two ways, depending on whether she had a urinary tract infection or was under the imfluence

That's a DUI dingbat. A UTI is definitely a urinary tract infection. You fail.

So what I got rear ended by santa on my way home from a chemo appt. And I just laughed it off even though he didn't have insurance. You should have been on the way to the DR if you were that sick and knocked up anyway.

Ah, the old- I'm the boss and I don't feel good so I'm going to call my pregnant employee to come work for me and make sure that she gets rear ended on the way there just to make her day a little more interesting- trick. Classic.

If you're in a car accident while pregnant, you should have been going to the hospital, not work. I'd think you'd want to make sure your baby is alright, wouldn't you, OP?

Why didn't you call in sick? If you're pregnant and you have whiplash, that can't be good for the baby. FYL

U r stupid then, if it was just u that's one thing but being pregnant , your an add

"U r stupid then, if it was just u that's one thing but being pregnant , your an add" umm what, she's an add? Dude it's not her fault, you just can't say no to bosses in this economy. Even if some bosses, like the op's boss, leave work for a pregnant lady, it's still a douche thing to do.

If you have a UTI and are pregnant, get to the hospital NOW NOW NOW NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UTIs cause premature labor. I am VERY scared reading this. OP PLEASE GET TO A HOSPITAL!!!!

She's probably already been to the doctor for it...
