Old people should be required to renew their drivers license. A study of traffic accidents in Great Britain showed that most accidents are not caused by speed, alcohol, or young drivers, but by - born-again motorcyclists - people who have not had their vehicles properly maintained - aggressive drivers (Usually in their 30's) - the elderly Young people (If they are not driving like a hooligan, which most don't) have better reactions and are less likely to cause an accident than old people. In my life, I've seen old people pull out into oncoming traffic, drive 30 miles below the speed limit, fail to indicate more times than I'd care to recount, and even drive the wrong way down a motorway. Old people retaking their driving test isn't a matter of prejudice against the old, it's a matter of public safety.

This is why I hate old people 'Back in my day, we actually sat down and ate our dinner every night!!!'' 'Back in my day, we weren't allowed to eat dinner. We had to wait for our parents and the dogs to finish and then we could eat the leftovers!' Make up your mind bitches!

Well, when they fall and hurt themselves with their old brittle bones and call an ambulance for help (hopefully you happen to be on call), drive slow and safely while they suffer in the back because safe driving is what they asked for.

This is why they when you become a senior they have you take a drivers medical to see if your still fit to drive (at least where i am from they do) i really hope the kid was alright

I once got honked at, flipped off, and almost hit by another car because I was getting out of an ambulance's way. People don't give a s**t about anyone but themselves.
