Today, I got screamed at, threatened, cursed, and spat on by an elderly couple for "running them off the road". I was driving an ambulance, lights and sirens on, with a 4 year old in the back who couldn't breathe. They were going 20 in a 50mph zone for 2 miles straight. FML

I must wonder why OP was behind them for 2 miles, and somehow got yelled and spat on by them when rushing someone to the ER (Presumably ER because a child can't breathe). There's also the fact that it's illegal to block emergency vehicles. Oh, and you can always drive on the other side of the road. Cars have to pull over and I've seen cops here drive in the opposite lane. Their sirens are advance notice so if they are coming towards you, you pull over.

In spite of them I would of gotten their LP # and reported them. A nice 500.00 fine for not yielding to an emergency response vehicle. then tell them to have a nice day :)
