strip clubs aren't union. we have a total of 14 employees at this club and the GM would rather fire everyone and hire new people than deal with that. I'm 1 of 3 that have worked here longer than a year.

It honestly sounds like they are looking at trying to get rid of you without having to pay unemployment. I've seen this so many times, they'll suddenly change the rules and policies, and pinch you for them just so they can build a "termination for gross misconduct" which does not make them liable for Unemployment, which their unemployment insurance goes up every time someone gets put on it similar to how your auto insurance goes up when you have to actually use it. Especially after your post about how you are one of 3 employees that's worked there for more than a year. Some companies will find ways to skirt around things like that, such as making it so you don't work there long enough to be able to file for unemployment if they decide to get rid of you.
They are testing if you'd drop dime. Take the write up, but make sure you don't drink on job going fwd.
Wow, talk about a chain of hypocrites, sorry OP, FYL indeed!
You work at McDonalds right? no wonder I can't get a big mac that looks like they do in the picture.
