you could sue him...he's not allowed to hack your facebook like that. even if you've left it open, it's illegal for someone else to use it in any which way
1) It's not hacking 2) There is no expectation of privacy on a company computer and 3) I bet there is a rule about personal use of company resources OP has no grounds to sue and deserves to be sacked..
