Today, I had a rude awakening after a traffic accident the day before. I'd fled the scene to avoid having to pay hefty damage fines. I would have gotten away with it too, if my license plate hadn't fallen off and incriminated me. FML

Today, I was pulled over and fined $100 for driving without a license, as I'd accidentally left home without my wallet. I later found my wallet wedged beside my car seat, where it had been the entire time. FML

Today, I was driving to work when I had to abruptly brake to avoid a pedestrian who had suddenly jumped into the street. As a consequence, my parking ID was pushed in between the dashboard and the windshield. It is literally impossible to get it out before my shift starts. In other words, I'm going to get fined. FML

Today, I walked out to my car to see four kids taking the hubcaps, radio, and license plates off of my truck. I chased them six blocks until I tripped and twisted my ankle. I limped back to my car and found a ticket on my windshield for $55 dollars. The reason? Missing license plates. FML

Today, while driving, I got a call on my cell phone. Trying to be safe and avoid an accident, I pulled into the nearest parking lot before answering. While I was turning in to park, someone rear-ended me. FML

Today, I was driving home from work when I saw a cop come up behind me. Nervous about my expired license, I kept checking in my rear view mirror. In turn since I wasn't paying attention, I ran a stop sign. Needless to say the cop pulled me over and gave me 2 tickets. FML

Today, I decided to be a good driver and not run through the yellow light. As soon as I stopped my car another came and rear-ended me. The guy told me to go in the parking lot so we can exchange information. So I drove into the parking lot, I turned my head and watched him drive away. FML

I pretty much read this as "today, I severely damaged someone else's property, but I didn't want to pay for it. So I ran away like the cowardly asshole that I am. Too bad I'm a total dumbass who can't realize that in a car accident, my car might be damaged too. So I left incriminating evidence at the scene, then went online to try to garner sympathy for myself. FML because I'm a dumbass."

You really expect people to sympathize with you? REALLY? Hello-it's called PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Do you really have that much sense of entitlement? Anyone else want to bet what the OP would do if someone hit HIS car and just drove off? I bet he'd be screaming for a lawsuit faster than...something you do REALLY fast.

Here's an idea: GROW UP. Take responsibility for your actions. That display likely earned you a heavy fine, points on your license, and disrespect. You don't deserve to use a car. Start walking everywhere, OP.
