Today, I had a stomach virus. I tried to make myself throw up to feel better. My long nails sliced open my throat from the inside, and I threw up blood. FML

No, you did not throw up blood. You threw up, and blood from your throat mixed with the vomit.

i get stomach viruses all the time but forcing yoursel to throw up with your nals isnt the thing to do how about getting a toothbrush or something but use the end part. usually when iget stomacch viruses my stomach felt sour, i cant eat, and i have to shit. once time i couldnt eat for several days because of the virus

are you sure you cut your throat? you probably threw up blood because that's what happens when you don't eat and you induce vomiting

TI've felt like I need to through up to when I'm sick, but I dont shove my finger down my throat because if my body knows I need to throw up, I'll through up. I know itll hurt more, but the acids erode your throat if your body isn't prepared
