If it's an iPhone you can go on you tube. There are plenty of videos on there that can help. I couldn't remember my password once and was able to fix it without erasing any of my photos or music.

If it's an iPhone you would have to type it twice and I think we all know it's impossible this person could randomly type the same password 2 times when sneezing.
