Today, I had gone to the store and bought a new wallet. 5 minutes later a security guard asks for my receipt. Turns out I had dropped my receipt. Some guy had picked it up and pretended I had stole his wallet. The guard confiscated my wallet because the guy had "his" receipt to prove it. FML

Didn't the sales person remember you?

yea, ask for the salesperson. ask the security to check the cameras. there is always a camera above the cashier.

Either this is fake or you're retarded.

Don't even say the cameras. The receipt would have the last 4 digits of the credit card number so you can ask to look at his, and wouldn't you know it, his doesn't match! tard.

Wait you didn't have a driver's license or student ID with you picture on it in your wallet to at least prove the wallet was yours?

#28 How the hell does an id prove the wallet is his? Read #19.

@ 12 & 28 It was a NEW wallet. "Today, I had gone to the store and bought a new wallet."

It would be so easy to refute the other guy's claim that you stole it from him, between the cashier, security cameras, and credit card numbers. If you actually handed it over, then you completely deserved it.
