I agree with #320's and #359's ideas (and any similar ones that were posted - too many comments to read)... it's likely a fake one posted by someone who's getting picked on in high school. The scenario has "wishful thinking" written all over it. That being said, there is some truth to "nerds" tending to do better later on in life than "bullies." But some of those successful "nerds" don't turn into douchebags that somehow base their success on strings of superficial marriages to supermodels of various nationalities. Karma may be a bitch, but catharsis only gets you so far. I'll get back to the rest of the internet now.
Screw bullies. They can all go to hell. I got picked on throughout school and I'll be working on my doctorate soon. Plus I'm making great money for doing practically nothing part time. My life ******* rocks, and all the douchebags like you are still doing the same things they did since high school...nothing.
OK, I'm not going to bash bullies because enough has been said about them here, I just want to say that this FML does not surprise me. Bullies, instead of working on themselves to improve, are spending their efforts on bringing down other people (and they fail. They make their victims feel bad, but they don't make them fail in life) It's not karma, it's just logic.
#358: Who gives a **** what the exact definition of Nerd, Geek and Dork is? What we should remember is that nobody should be made fun of because of the way they are. We all disagree with people who are different. We usually say that what they do is wrong or stupid, and that is normal because if we did not think that way we would be doing the same thing. But we must respect people who are different as long as they don't harm anyone. Difference is what keeps society going. If we were all the same (same tastes, same personality, same philosophy) we would be stuck whenever a problem arises because everybody would think the same and nobody would imagine a solution. The people who imagined TV were different from those who imagined cars, so let's be thankful, let's be thankful we have various people, otherwise society would be limited and would only improve very slowly. And anyway, bullying is fun until a kid brings a gun at school and yells "PAYBACK TIME!!!". But of course it's easier to put metal detectors at the school doors, this way parents don't have to educate their kids and school staff can walk down the hallway to go to the cafeteria without having to say anything to those 3 kids cornering another one.

YDI. I dont even need to say anything more than that.
YDIIIIIIII. man, didn't bill gates say something like this once - 'don't pick on nerds, you'll probably end up working for one'?
