Today, I had to calm my rather gullible boyfriend down and reassure him that the email he got, telling him that he has AIDS, was just a scam. FML

You do realize that if you test positive for any std, there are sites where you can anonymously, notify people of your condition and recommend they get tested as well. I wouldn't be passing it off as a scam.
