Today, I had to get two teenagers to stop playing bumper cars with the electric scooters at the grocery store I work at. I'm seventeen, and they don't pay me enough for this. FML

Seriously there are a lot worse jobs that make a lot less than you. Grow up. Don't do it for money regardless unless you live on your own or pay for all your expenses like you should. But do it for experience. Experience is worth more than money especially in today's society.

Sorry to hear that, people have a hard time especially in retail taking orders from someone their age or younger even if qualified. That's something you should get an older employee or manager to handle.

I hated my teen job working with customers. Anytime I had to tell someone to stop doing what they were doing, they told me off because " when your not working, I bet you do this same shit"

Unfortunately the vast majority of teenagers tend to be reckless, foolhardy, douchecanoes with no respect or regard for people and their property. I thank you for being part of the minority, OP. Hopefully you can find a better job soon.
