Today, I had to give a speech but I wasn't prepared. I decided to give it anyway. While giving the speech, I got so nervous I passed out. FML

FYL! I get severe anxiety before giving speeches, so much so that I can see my heart beating in my chest. I get so nervous I can't even remember a word I said when it's over. I feel your pain, OP!

I don't know why it's so hard to give a speech, anyways u should always be prepared for upcoming events so YDI but also FYL since passing out it's one of the worst things that could ever happen while giving a speech

As a debater who competes in extemporaneous and impromptu speaking during forensics season, this is really astounding to me. I suggest dabbling in the aforementioned activities to avoid such occurrences in the future. |:

Public speaking! Some people, actually, go to school for many, many years. Iinvest horrendous amounts of dollars to learn to do just that! Tough break OP, hope you are doing fine….
