For those of you who don't know it's illegal, yes, it's indecent exposure in public... But I think it's good that your parents are still having fun and happy together. My parents split when I was about 3. I'm not looking for sympathy, but you should be thankful for having a full and happy family, no matter how dysfunctional you think it is :3
