If it is court, than you will be excused if you talk to them. Make sure you talk to them, and get to class next time!

Oh how ironic this situation is, but don't complain if you're going to court for it, then you've done it way too many times. I got truancy with drugs on me and all I got was a slap in the wrist

They offer excused absences for court. Also, you shouldn't have been ditching in the first place.
