I've got at least six tattoos, depending on how you count. I'm gettin' more. If I was in a serious relationship I would talk to my girl about it. And if she really didn't want it I might not get it. Or maybe I would do something I didn't enjoy or let her do something expensive and crazy. Like most people here realize a lot of life is compromise. And buttsex.
