Today, I had to wave my arms like a maniac as I sat on the toilet at work, otherwise the faulty motion sensor/timer would turn the lights off after about ten seconds. I've had to do this for several days now. No one else has reported this problem, so management won't get it fixed. FML

Next time bring a piece of tape and put it over the lens of the sensor on the wall... Problem solved.

It will work for the majority of infrared or sonic style motion sensors

My work one goes off after a couple of minutes, but it senses the door opening. There is a reason why I take my phone with me.

"She's a maniac, MANIAC, on the bowl. & she's flushing like she's never flushed before..."

Use something that would make the sensor go off like a price if toilet paper above the stall. It will stay there and it loves with the slightest breezes so it will make the sensor stay on

Make a phone video of the problem and show it to your supervisor? Also carry a small flashlight to the toilet to light your way.

Hey, on the bright side you'll get some nice toned arms out of the exercise.

makes me think of a workout to tone my arms!

Dunno why but this reminds me of the Lorde lyric "I'm kinda over getting told to throw my hands in the air."
