Please go see a doctor, preferably one in the emergency room. Sounds like your kidney has ruptured, which can kill you if you don't seek help.

It also doesn't mean that he is at the hospital. He could be at home, you have no idea. He might just decide to check some of these comments and listen to the advice people are giving him so shut up.
