Sometimes the bacteria isn't from the mouthpiece. For a science experiment in the 7th grade, we took a swab of my mouthpiece and cultured the bacteria. Two, three colonies in four days.

Yea I'll be the one to tell you... There's no such thing as a bunch of "pimples on your upper lip"... Nope not at all.... but there is something called "Herpes" now that definitely fits the description you provided... See a dermatologist ASAP. FYL IS RIGHT!!!!
