the op never said she/he was overweight although we can apply that. anyway working out regularly (unless you're lazy like me then walking around with a friend or close family member would probably help it did for me)

Some people can be so rude! Saying shit like ydi! He probably didn't chose to be over weight, some people become over weight from eating disorders or things that have happened in their past! So stop being so mean to this person! I hope you loose weight and become healthy! :)
