OP, there is no way they didn't notice. They might not have known how to comment on it. I know some people get offended if you comment on their weight loss, but because of the way they lost the weight, not always the comment. My guess is they didn't want to risk offending you. I know when by boyfriend dropped 50 pounds due to diet and exercise, everyone noticed and close friends and family complimented. Unfortunately, he got a pat down from a manager at a store we are regulars at (we didn't get a chance to stop by a thrift store for a whole new wardrobe and all he had to wear was baggy clothes.) and he assumed we were stealing. Sucks, but different people have different reactions to weight loss.
In a strange way, maybe its because they don't care about your weight, but enjoy being around you because of who you are?
I thought you looked nice.
Hey. Don't look for people to notice you. Keep working hard and make them notice you. Haters are your best motivators.
unless they were people you rarely see then they must have noticed. weird no one said anything.

Who cares? You did it for yourself, and as long as you feel happy, that's really all that matters.
Don't be so down. Maybe they forgot? I'm not helping, but congrats on the weight loss!!
