Today, I injured my knee during dance class. When it started to feel a little bit better, I tried dancing again. I tripped, fell, and broke my wrist. FML

I'm doubtful that her arm is gonna feel much better seeing as she broke a wrist

If you were only feeling "a little better", then you should have waited longer before damcing until you were feeling better or it didn't hurt at all. Sorry OP, YDI

Some people just aren't as coordinated as others, and that's okay.

Give the knee time. Stretch your hamstrings and strengthen your lower calf muscles/ankles so your legs are well supported. My sport is year-round and I tend to not stop when I should so take it from someone who's made mistakes- give a trauma injury TIME to heal, before you put pressure on other areas to compensate and create a chronic problem!

There is a reason you wait at least a day before you dance again, and go see a Dr when your injured to check how major or minor it is.
