Today, I installed motion sensor lights in my house to save on energy. When I laid down in bed, I saw the lights turn on from downstairs to the kitchen. I live alone. FML

Today, I was lying in bed, staring at the ceiling with the lights off. It was 1AM, and I'd just finished watching a scary movie, so I was a little paranoid. I was about to fall asleep, when an eerie light lit the room. I jumped, got tangled in the sheets, and hit my head against the bed frame. Where'd the light come from? Not a space ship. Not someone breaking in. It was my phone. FML

Demand some rent/utility money. Ain't no ghost living off you for free, especially if they're going to run up the electric bill.

an infestation problem is the only true conclusion to this dilemma or you have an animal on which you did not mention...ugh

I imagine they saw the glow from the lights. I'm upstairs in my house now and I can see that the hall light from the lower level is on, because I can see the glow around the top of the stairs. I can see individual room lights too until about halfway down the hall. It's not that strange to be able to tell that a light is on on another floor

Change the sensitivity on it. I know alarm systems that arent supposed to pick up dogs under 40 lbs yet turned on with a 10 lb dog. You do not have a ghost. At most you have big bugs.

Its either time to call an electrician man, policeman or priest.

i heard a story about someone where every night he lost some food in his fridge, he thought it was his wife but she denied. he installed a camera with night vision and the next day he saw that someone who he don't knows lives in his basement. i saw the films myself. spooky.
