Today, I interviewed for a job at a pharmaceutical lab. During the interview, I said something about a past work experience that made the interviewers think that I would enjoy doing something similar to that... so they gave me a warehouse job instead. I have a degree in chemistry and biology. FML

The sad thing is, you sound like you really believe what you just wrote.

Apparently you all think a double major in biology and chemistry, both bachelors of science (as opposed to bachelor of arts), is easy. This guy deserves better. But what can you expect from a pharmaceutical company? Anyways, go to medical, pharmacy, dental, or PA school. It's really hard to get into research and make a living unless you're brilliant or already rich. If you could do the double major in those two difficult subjects, you're probably already professional school material. Don't let the taco bell workers of the world get you down.

Because "Jose" is taking the jobs of university educated Americans that double majored in Bio and Chem. I'm sure that educated America is really competing with illegal immigrants for jobs, I sure as hell want to bust my ass working construction or on some farm.

They hired you for a job you didn't apply for, and you just accepted it without comment? WTF?

If you have a bad experience to talk about you turn it around to be a good one... "Why do you think you'd make a good paramedic?" "Well at my job as a lawn care specialist, I accidentally cut someone's hand off with pruning shears. I acted coolly and calmly. I put his hand on ice, dialed 911 and put my belt around his arm to slow the blood flow!"

sounds like an alternate beginning to breaking bad!
