Not legally they don't... Legally it's 7am, though that's not much better.

not with permits. they can work 24/7. I've tried to fight it, believe me. mine start before 4am. they're allowed to by law.

They start that early so they don't have to do that much more work in the sun. They have it worse than cubicle and retail workers! my day starts off normally around 4 a.m., gotta love hard labor...

with noise ordinance permits they can work 24/7....guys by my place start right before 4am. Called the cops, they told me that bit of info...grrrr
