Today, I'm seven months pregnant and going to college. I had to use the bathroom, but all of the bathrooms at my building were closed, so I had to walk to the next building, a block away. I didn't make it. FML

Its a well kept secret...but every pregnant woman is entitled to at least one accident per pregnancy. Good for you though for staying in school throughout your pregnancy! That takes commitment and a hefty amount of will power. :)

I know how that feels OP! I've been there once when I was pregnant. Don't sweat it. Just brush it off. Tell people the baby kicked your bladder and it was too late.

I would have played it off that your water broke lol

I think they're assuming that because there is pressure on the bladder during pregnancy which leads to one wetting themselves

I used to lose control of my bladder when I got morning sickness...

That's horrible omg. I hope that didn't happen often

Me too!!! Every damn morning for 3 months!

Oh it's just the beginning! I didn't have any accidents while pregnant (some very close calls though). Now, after 2 pregnancies, I pee myself every time I sneeze :)

So thankful I never had n accident (came ever so close though!) but Mother Nature is paying me back big time now hahaha. Still, my girls make it worth it

What does being in college have to do with it? You are pregnant and didn't make it to the bathroom due to the baby not the school.

They're in college, the bathrooms were closed, they didn't make it to the next one over. Without that information, all you're left with is a baby kicking a bladder story, which is pretty common. It's an FML, what more do you want?

They're in a public place that SHOULD have bathrooms open, that's why it's important to mention...

You ain't cool unless you pee your pants.

I've seen a lot off comments about it and seriously, playing it of as if her water broke is a very bad idea. A pregnancy is nothing is play with, what if someone calls the hospital ? Not to mention she's 7 months pregnant so unless premature birth happens she's still gonna be pregnant and perfectly fine the next day. How is she going to explain that ? "Oh, they just put new water in there and closed my uterus so it doesn't leak anymore"

We're in the same boat at my college. 2 working stalls in the basement of the whole building. Stay strong and pee at every opportunity.

When my sister was pregnant and got to about 7 months everytime she sneezed she peed herself. lol it's okay being pregnant gives you excuses to get away with a lot of things.

It doesn't sound nice, but ever thought about keeping a bucket handy?
