The admin obviously acted completely unprofessional and deserves to be fired if he can't control his temper causing him to punch people. I just wonder, as a fellow web-developer, how long was the website down? I mean.. if you changed the code and just saved it without checking the results first, it was a pretty bad performance on your part too. Always check your work especially on things that people are currently using. However if it was only down for a few seconds.. then its really not your fault, making a mistake is normal.
cant you guys forgive the other guy I mean we all get stressed and mad but now imagine them all together I mean really it was not his fault it was the adrenalin rush from getting mad and because he was stressed he did not know what to do
