Sounds like he could have said it about anyone and replaced 'Swedish' with any nationality. It DOES sound like he was trying to put you down to get you to sleep with him or just thought the line was funny and had made it up before and wanted to try it out. It is a horrible thing to say and it doesn't necessarily have any relevance to how you actually look.

Since you are IN Sweden, I'm guessing he picked a girl he WAS attracted to (you) but thought was out of his league and gave them that line that he made up earlier, so that they would sleep with him.
