You need fast Internet to play games amazingly good online
His priorities are straight
A man who prioritized a game to that extreme is a man who you don't need in your life OP!
Hahaha omg i can't
Surely you could get a new internet provider or something? But seriously, that's ****** up. His education, career and YOU should be his priorities. Don't get me wrong, hobbies are important too, but it seems so stupid to give up all that for gaming.
This is one of two things, he's either lying and doesn't want to make further commitments in your relationship (for whatever reason) OR games really are that important to him. Unless you're actually getting paid to design video games...they shouldn't be your life. I can think of two girls EVER that have liked that, most girls think it's ridiculous, time consuming and immature. Either way, you can find a much better guy at your future college. Dump the boy and leave him in the dust!!!
I can understand this if he is a full time YouTuber or Twitch streamer, which I seriously doubt. Otherwise, he needs to rethink what's important to him.
Why are you expecting your bf to follow you to college anyway? If your relationship is strong enough you should be fine at two different schools

He has his priorities straight
In case anybody else was confused, I put an IP trace on #2's comment, and it's from an alternate universe in which the OP talked about being weird and taking away her boyfriend's games. She hid them like Easter eggs.
