Today, I proudly informed my boyfriend that I am now a size 4, down from an 18, after months of dieting and exercising after he told me he would like me to be a size 6. He broke up with me for "not listening to what he wanted" and "being an overachiever". FML

Today, my boyfriend bought me a pair of jeans. I couldn't fit into them, and he reacted to this by saying I've gotten too fat for him, and he can't be with me anymore. I took them off and saw they were a size 4. I've been a size 8 for the past 2 years, and he knows this. FML

Today, my girlfriend dumped me because I've recently become serious about getting fit, and have lost nearly 84 pounds. Apparently, when I was fat, I made her look smaller in comparison. When I got slimmer, she insisted I either gain the weight back or she'd leave. So she did. FML

Congrats on the weight loss, that's awesome. Of course, what your tard boyfriend doesn't realize is that clothing makers have been changing the way sizes work. A size 4 is at least what a six 6 used to be. Go out and get yourself a new hottie b/f.

Look at it this way, you're now a health(ier) weight, yea you lost your boyfriend but if he's going to quibble over something like that is he really worth it? Maintain a healthy lifestyle and you'll have to beat them away with sticks, dudes like healthy chicks and they're in seriously short supply in the US
