That's more than you need if you're staying on your own .. a place to call home.
Well then you should move out, YDI
How is that a YDI? For all we know- Op cannot move because of how much said place costs, maybe there aren't any availed places near OP making said place most convenient to work/school, or maybe they have been looking and this happend while waiting to move.
availed should be *availible
Availible should be available*
Do you know how difficult it can be to find suitable apartments/houses in the city, let alone have your application accepted by an agent/landlord?
Like bushes around trees.. Your tree looks much more, adequate, when the shrubbery is trimmed.
At least your electricity bill won't be too high!
Not necessarily OP could leave all of their electronics turned on 24/7
Move out ASAP!! I saw a guy in an alley the other day, and he was living large in a luxury refrigerator box.
Hey, be glad you don't have like a 3 story house and 4 kids to clean up after!
Hey, a small place is not always bad! You could have a large place, have it be meager with amenities, and clean much more often. This way, your place is nicer, well kept, and easy to clean. Remember the grass always looks greener on the other side!
That only works if you don't have a lot of stuff to begin with. Believe me, I'm a clean freak but I need a place to put my shoes! (:

You're paying for the luxury of not having to switch power outlets. You know how bothersome that is? And how costly it is to provide?
At least you have a place to live in
