I absolutely agree with you #38. Don't give away your heart without a fight. Be picky of those you choose to let in your life and realize that someone needs to deserve to be in your life and earn that spot. It should be based on mutual respect, open communication and don't settle. If you are giving 100% the other person needs to be as well. There is the right person out there for you :)
