my parents barely let me have a boyfriend and it's a struggle to see him...I'm gonna be 17 in a couple of months. She's lucky.
Budget WIN!
Gross. That daughter won't have a boyfriend for long: one shower before he visits won't clean her of that grime. Not to mention he could pop in unexpectedly one day ;)
Invite her bf over for a surprise dinner :)
I don't even want to know about those unused bottles of deodorant...
Are you kidding? Cheaper water bill! Because "my life sucks, i have to pay less money" doesn't make much sense..
My 16 yr old does the same thing. I finally gave up trying to force her to shower & now I don't even have to ask she does it on her own (1 time a wk aren't I lucky?!)
tell her she stinks.
wait until she gets really noticeable and then invite him over to surprise her.

Try a scare tactic and ask her what's going to happen if her boyfriend comes over to surprise her. I bet that'll put her on a regular shower schedule.
I hope he feels special. ._.
