Today, I received a letter telling me I'm not qualified for a job I've been unofficially doing for the last three years. It's the fourth letter I've gotten since applying. I guess it wouldn't be too bad if I didn't have to train the new person who got the job instead of me. FML

Quit unofficially doing the job and say you're not qualified to train the new hire.

Have you considered performing small acts to express your dissatisfaction with the company? I'd recommend starting off by burning the building down and working your way up from there.

Ask them honestly "how can I train someone to do a job I am not, myself, qualified for?"

you deserve it for keeping up the job after being denied so many times!!!!!

Quit!!! Just do your normal job or find something else in the interim whilst looking for what you love to do

How many times have we heard this? Someone doing a job for who knows how long only to be told that they are not qualified. Maybe all of these so called "unqualified" people should get together and start their own business and show these wankers who think they are not qualified how to run a business.

I wouldn't train that person. If they asked why, I'd ask them why they want an "underqualified" person training their "qualified" candidate. Screw them.

Show the letter stating you are not qualified when explaining that you cannot train the person. After all they themselves have stated you are not qualified to train if you are not qualified to do the job.

Why are you still doing this? Screw them!

are you unqualified because you don't have some certificate? or is it truly just bullshit with your employer
