Today, I received official notification that my license was being suspended for multiple DUIs. Apparently, my brother is a drunk and has been using my ID. FML

this fml is definitely fail, and I've come to the conclsion that everyone on this site must be like 12 years old. first off dui is driving under the influence which means drugs has nothing to do with being drunk that's a dwi. second your brother would be in jail for a long time if he had multiple ones. so your fml failed nice one. you should right an fml about how you tried to make one up and u failed

Actually, the DWI/DUI difference is only in some states. Here in Ohio, it's all placed under "driving under the influence"; there is no separate "driving while intoxicated". Also, in Ohio at least, you get points on your license for driving infractions such as DUIs; you don't always go to jail. If you get enough of them, your license is suspended. Makes plenty of sense to me.
