Get a security camera and find out who the bastard is.
Windscreen?
I can't believe nobody has brought this up yet... Crows are stealing your wipers, not people. They like the rubber for their nests.
The culprit is a ninja o_o
Who the hell calls it windscreen wipers? Its windshield
In England which is the country that invented the English language and where it is spoken properly they are called windscreen wipers. However in your land you think you speak the English language because you have changed a few words and some spellings which i hate to break it to you does not really count as a language.
WINDSHEILD. Wipers
@ #112, in the states, it is called a windshield. In the UK however, it is called a Windscreen. Please check these things before you begin correcting people :)
@ #117 I was about to say the same thing here. Well, along the same lines. But even more importantly, make sure your spelling is correct before you begin correcting people. SHIELD...
Maybe you just put them on wrong and the wind blew them away ;p

Okay, here's the plan.. put on some new wipers, but rig them to electrocute the thief. That'll show him! Just.. make sure you don't touch them. Or get them wet. Okay, this is a bad idea, so never mind.
No one is stealing them. Your car is a transformer, and he hates the ones you buy for him, so every time you leave, he chucks them as far away as possible, then turns into a car again.
