Today, I sent in an assignment from my batshit insane teacher. The assignment was to read a poem, analyze it, and make a comic of its plot. This would've been fine if the teacher who assigned it to me didn't teach math. FML

Actually when I told my humanities teacher about the project I learned that my math teacher has a degree in literature or something. 0_0

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha right all word problems are BS anyways. Who needs that "If taxes go up x%, unemployment may go up y %", etc. Real math is always 2+2! And it is all BS anyways! Who's got any money to count! (end sarcasm font) - for real kid, you need to be able to count the change to hand back to the customer at McDonald's.

I'm more willing to believe he hadn't heard the name because asians don't need stupid catch phrases like sohcahtoa to remember simple math equations, and not because he was the wrong type of indian(its not even a native american term, its just a pun like joke)

Ever heard of computational poetics? You could analyze the poem in a mathematical way, e.g. make a graph of the distribution of vowels throughout the poem.
