If you're in a position where you're able to quit this job and find another one, do so. Jobs where they don't promote growth are not worth it. You shouldn't let yourself be used and walked over like tht !
I believe they call that "paying your dues". It may or may not pay off in the future. Keep your eyes open for other opportunities.
File a complaint to her superiors about her. She can't do that to you unless you're in training for a management position. And even then, it's highly unprofessional and she should not be allowed to get away with it. I'm guessing you can't talk to her directly to get her to stop either.
Going over her head is not a good first step.

To be completely honest that's how it's supposed to work. If you want to be in management you must know everything she does and continuously do it until you get great at it
Sorry OP. Unfortunately that's what passes for good management these days, and those of us that are more qualified and capable of doing the job properly get passed over.
