Time to get her to work for her money and position. If you can afford it, quit and tell her off about it. It's not fair that just because you're interested in management she treats you like this. At least that's what I would do if I was born with brass balls..

Welcome to the world of management. She could very possibly be training you for the mental strains that come with being in management ahead of time to see if you'll work out or not. That doesn't make it any more fair or any easier to deal with, but it's one of the downsides to being a manager/supervisor.
