Get a lawyer, during a divorce you get can stuff out if her (money, house, belongs, exc) if she's in a relationship during the time of the divorce.

So since you signed the papers that means the divorce is final, correct? Then why is she still in your house? Or are you living in her house? Hummmmm??? If it's your house, walk over, take the phone, slam it down and tell her to "Get The **** Out" Then go find yourself a nice nubile 19 to 20 year old and get your brains ****** out. Incorrect. Signing the papers is merely an acknowledgment and acceptance of the divorce. It isn't final until the judge rules it so (which is usually a two-month process). That said, I do agree with you that they should NOT be living in the same house at this point!!! I don't agree with the revenge part, though. That's just not healthy, and at this point it would still be considered infidelity on his part. He shouldn't do anything to make it worse for himself, which this would

To all those people who give the "why don't you **** someone else" type of advise...you are horrible advise givers. That is an incredibly immature reaction that would cause more pain then make anything better.
