You are incredibly childish...Being petty about it won't do anything but cause a bigger problem.
How is that childish? OP went out of their way to get them a gift (I'm assuming it was probably expensive), the least their friend could do was put their name on a lousy invite, it's not that hard!
Keeping or returning it isn't childish. But "no party no present" is childish.
