Seeing as you just gave birth, and really any time someone is that sort of grimy filth, it should be perfectly permissible to instruct the offending ass hat to kindly get the **** up out your life until you instruct them otherwise

Don't invite her to your house until/unless she apologizes. Visit her in her home or in public places. Any time she misbehaves, simply look at her, pack up, and leave. Don't return for at least 2 weeks. Eventually she'll realize that proper behaviour is a pre-requisite to seeing her grandchild.
