It's really okay. My mother passed away last year as well, yet I was countlessly reminded by everyone that it was mother's day. It's bound to happen, when you lose a close family member like that you just learn to deal with that kind of stuff because there is always going to be something reminding you about it. As long as it was in good intentions I wouldn't sweat it.
So you assume your friends all live under a rock? I ask because I've been busy traveling the last couple weeks, have no English-langauge TV in my hotel when I even have time to check, and even I knew it was Mother's Day yesterday.
how do all of you people know that the text said "just a reminder: mothers day is tomorrow!" it could have just said "happy mothers day!" its still a reminder, and a nice gesture, you people need to chill. im sure that the boy will understand.
I would say FYL but obviously you don't have a life seeing that you had nothing better to do but tell everybody on your phone that it was the eve of Mother's Day. Instead f the lives of the people who gave you their number.
You guys are lovely. I can't wait for you to forget your friend's birthday and to be reminded of it by a text message.
Today I accidentally texted someone that mothers day was coming and his mother died and my life if ****** because of that.

Why did you text everyone? I would be annoyed if I got that as a text. By the way, no one cares you were first, #1. So STFU.
Why the hell would you text everyone in your phone to remind them that Mother's Day is tomorrow?
