Join weight watchers and learn how you can lose weight while still eating the foods you love! You can still have your favorite dinner and dessert, just ensure its not a binge and control your portion. Get up and move! Exercise is a key ingredient. If you torture yourself by taking away everything that is "unhealthy" you will more than likely fail and go on a binge (been there, became president of that club) portion control, exercise, and SMALL indulgence is the way to go!
LOL Weight Watchers? That system is so easy to cheat. They work on a points system, where each food has a certain number of points. I've had clients who've told me that while on WW, they replaced most of their meals with cakes and pastries etc. It totally defeats the whole point of dieting but that was the reality for some people. OP, I suggest you see a dietician who can help you create a meal plan based on the foods you enjoy or don't mind eating. Also, try eating a good balance of fiber, protein and carb at your main meals. It helps thermogenesis (process of burning fat cells) naturally occur in your body. Good luck! :)
#45 you sound like a commercial for Weight Watchers... There's a lot of helpful tips on the internet for losing weight, or as #50 said speak to a dietitian and work out a meal plan that will work for you. Once in a while indulgence doesn't hurt, just remember portion control ^-^
I am a user of WW, not a rep, not a commercial. I have been to a nutritionist and they were great but it's really easy to cheat on them too, as it is on anything. At least with WW you can get better support and the help of nutritionists to help you make better choices. For most people, if they go without ever indulging in a slice of cake, or a cookie, they end up breaking down and binging. At a nutritionist, they say just stay away from it, with WW, they teach you how to incorporate it all into a healthy life style. If someone chooses to swap out all their points for junk food then they are obviously not going to be able to eat very much in a day and obviously not ready to be dieting. With WW, you have support of the WW community which is very helpful for motivation and support. It comes highly recommended from many doctors that I have been too. The nutritionist even told me as long as I don't swap all my points for junk food and make sure I get in all my fruits and veggies, it's a great diet. Some people need the help, nutritionist visits are fewer between and expensive. WW is all the time support online, proven to work, and decently cheap.
lmao she did that on purpose all right.
My mum used to do that.....you need to go on a diet....five minutes later...Lorna here's tea and a huge cream cake. Cheers mum.....

Maybe it's so you can enjoy your favorite meal one last time before your hat work begins? Good luck dieting!
