Maybe you don't actually have any weight issue and they didn't take it seriously? How many young girls ( guys too but not so often) think they are fat because they don't look like the half starved 14year old models walking down the runways of our very misguiding fashion industry?
You dont have to eat any of that. I know being strong is better said than done but you are going to respect yourself more afterwards. Keep fighting the good fight, OP! X

im in the same boat... i told my bofriend i want to eat healthier and drop a little weight. he brings home donuts and soda and ice cream. even after i just gotnrid of all the junk food. he slept on the couch...
They're clearly testing your will
Be strong- I've been working on quitting soda and I know it's hard when what you're addicted to is in the house and readily available. You can't expect others to change what they eat or drink to help benefit your goals, though. In the end it's really about self control rather than support. Think of how badly you want to lose weight every time you go to eat something your diet doesn't allow!

just realized this got accepted, almost 2 months later. I'm doing well on the diet. A mistake I kept making was calling it a diet, because it's not really a diet, it's a lifestyle change. You need a diet that makes sense for you to do for the rest of your life because that's the only way it can stick
