There are people whose metabolisms don’t let them put on or retain weight very easily that can end up twiggy and scrawny, and they want to put on weight. Think of the bean pile of a guy who would like some muscle or the girl with a flat chest, no hips and no butt that would like some curves. Just cause most of us probably need to lose 20lbs, doesn’t mean there aren’t some lucky few who can eat what they want and not look like a blimp.
There is so much wrong with your post. You say "the only reason", then proceed to list a 2nd reason. You say you order fast food to gain weight, but there are much healthier ways to go about that. Since you seem to have money you could get groceries delivered to you instead of fast food. YDI.
hey I've been in the underweight section of the BMI scale for most of my life and only recently broke into the normal weight percentile. the only thing it took was to eat 3 times a day everyday. just because we're skinny doesn't mean we have an excuse to binge-eat junk food, it'll clog your arteries/raise your blood sugar/raise your cholesterol etc. not an excuse to not exercise either. also, this may not apply to everyone, but if you have fast metabolism like I do, I lose the weight I gained by eating junk food quite quickly too. as for what I eat, I live in an Asian household so I mainly eat rice everyday with things like lettuce in garlic sauce, egg with tomato and shrimp, braised pork, and simmered milkfish. rant over!

Steer clear of the junk food; your body will thank you for it. Try to use healthier foods, high in protein, and moderate exercise. How old are you? Most people, as they get older, gain weight whether they like it or not. Do your parents have a similar metabolism?
