Tbh.. I say go out with him once. I understand not being interested in men; but you never know. Just because you're more interested in one gender than the other doesn't mean you're strictly forbidden. Go on the date with a open mind and see how it goes. If you're still not interested tell them. If you changed you're mind, then good luck!

Give him the address of a (mostly male) gay club and tell him you'll wait for him inside. I think you were patient enough. If possible in your country, report him for harassment.
