OP. Please set the record straight; did you or did you not throw up in the taxi?

Also, did you take the taxi drivers badge number and vehicle registration? Or did you prebook?

Your fault, shoulda let her take you there

That is just plain outrageous and her actions can be considered as kidnapping since she was holding onto you against your own free will, and even worse when she threatened you and made you pay more than what she deserved. I hope you took down her information or at least her license plate and report her to the cops.

You puked in someone's car

You refused to pay for clean up

The cab driver was going to lose money while off the road and have to tidy up your drunken mess so she 'persuaded' you to do the right thing.

You deserve it!

By "felt sick" do you mean you vomited all over the backseat? Because...
You should have told her to bring you to the cops. They would have arrested her for kidnapping and extortion. I hope you got at least her name so you can call that company and tell them what she did. They would probably fire her. At the very least put the name of the company out there on social media so others can be forewarned.
People asking why OP didn't just let her take them to the police station, probably because: 1: They were drunk and couldn't think very clearly. 2: A lot of people have been conditioned to panic when someone threatens to involve the law, even if they aren't doing anything wrong. 3: Some cops will fine people for being drunk in public even if they aren't breaking any specific laws.

She can't do that, legally when you say to stop the driver has to, they can lock you in if you are refusing to pay, but you weren't so she kidnapped you and then extorted more money from you
Unless you were so far gone I would have went to the police, and charged her with kid napping.
